Elitch Gardens (2000 Elitch Cir, Denver, CO 80204) is Colorado's only downtown combination theme and water park — 50-plus rides including 13 roller coasters, a lazy river, and seasonal water attractions running from late April through October. The park sits in the Platte River Valley near Mile High Stadium, about 12 miles from central Lakewood via US-6 East. Buses and passenger vans over 15 seats park free on event days, while standard vehicle parking costs $30–$35.
Group ticket discounts are available for 15 or more guests when reserved online in advance — they are not available at the gate. Enter via the Elitch Circle main gate. Arriving at opening (10 a.m.) gives your group first access to the most popular coasters before afternoon crowds build.
