The Aurora Party Bus Company Built for Your Trip
Aurora is Colorado's third-largest city — and one of its most underestimated. With more than 380,000 residents spread across the eastern edge of the Denver metro, Aurora runs on a grid of busy corridors: Colfax Avenue, Iliff Avenue, Havana Street, E-470, and the I-225 loop that ties the city's northern and southern halves together. Getting a group anywhere in this city — whether that's the Aurora Municipal Center, the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, or Buckley Space Force Base — means navigating real traffic, real parking shortfalls, and a city that sprawls across nearly 155 square miles.
Party Bus Aurora handles the logistics so you do not have to. Our reservation team is available 24/7/365, and our network of vehicles covers everything from 14-passenger Sprinter limos for bridal party pickups to 56-passenger charter buses for convention shuttles. All pricing is all-inclusive and delivered in under 30 seconds — no hidden costs, no surprises after you book.
Whatever brings your group together in Aurora, there is a vehicle and a plan ready for it. Call 303-214-4282 any time to get started, or use our online quote tool for instant availability.

Party Bus Aurora offers all-inclusive pricing online in under 30 seconds — you will know the exact number before you ever book. Our Aurora party bus and charter bus rental prices are as follows: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; 15–20 passenger party buses run $204–$378/hour; 20–30 passenger party buses run $244–$414/hour; 35–50 passenger party buses and minibuses run $294–$490/hour; and 40–56 passenger charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day.
Pricing shifts based on vehicle type, total hours, date, and mileage — an airport run from South Aurora to DEN prices differently than a full Saturday prom rental. Why Choose Us for Your Aurora Party Bus Rental
Aurora sits at the intersection of three major demand corridors — the DEN airport corridor along Peña Boulevard, the sports and entertainment corridor along I-25 toward downtown Denver, and the I-70 ski corridor heading west toward the mountains. Getting a group through any one of those corridors on a busy weekend means dealing with the congestion at the I-225/I-70 merge, the E-470 toll backups near DEN, and the parking shortage at venues like Empower Field at Mile High and Ball Arena. Party Bus Aurora handles every mile of it.
Since 2011, we have coordinated group transportation for thousands of Aurora-area groups — school field trips to Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, corporate shuttles for the Gaylord Rockies conference circuit, fan buses to Coors Field and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and wedding shuttles between ceremony venues in Centennial and reception halls in the Cherry Creek corridor. Our 24/7/365 reservation team gives you a real person every time you call — not a form. Our all-inclusive pricing means no math after you book.
And our wide variety of vehicles means the right size bus is always available, whether you are moving 12 people or 56.

Aurora Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Denver International Airport (DEN) (8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249) sits roughly 18 miles northeast of central Aurora — a straightforward drive east on I-70 or north on E-470 when traffic is clear, but a genuinely painful crawl when it is not. Aurora's position means your group hits the Peña Boulevard corridor right at its worst bottleneck during morning peak departures, and the Rideshare/TNP pickup island at Level 5 of Jeppesen Terminal adds another layer of coordination chaos for large groups arriving on multiple flights.
A private airport shuttle bus rental from Aurora cuts all of that out. Once your full group has collected luggage and is together at the agreed arrivals door, one call to our team brings the bus to the correct commercial pickup zone — no splitting into four rideshares, no $25-per-day parking for a week's trip, no hunting the Level 5 lane numbers. We also serve Colorado Springs Airport (COS) for groups flying into El Paso County, and we handle pre-cruise transfers for groups connecting to cruise departures out of other states.
Call 303-214-4282 to book your Aurora airport shuttle today.

Aurora Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
Aurora is well positioned for a bachelorette night that runs the full spectrum — pre-dinner at Stanley Marketplace (2501 Dallas St, Aurora, CO 80010), drinks along South Broadway, late-night spots in the Golden Triangle, and a final stop at a rooftop bar in LoDo before the hotel drop-off. The I-225 and I-70 interchanges between Aurora and downtown Denver move fast during the day and come to a crawl on a Saturday night, and the designated-driver conversation kills the energy before the first toast is even poured.
An Aurora party bus rental solves the whole problem. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses come with a full-length bar, color-changing LED lighting, and a Bluetooth sound system — the pre-game starts the moment everyone boards. No rotating designated drivers, no Lyft pool squeezing six people into a sedan, no 20-minute surge-wait outside a bar at midnight.
Call 303-214-4282 and we will build the route around your crew's stops.

Aurora Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Aurora is one of Colorado's most culturally diverse cities — nearly 30% of residents are Hispanic or Latino — and quinceañera celebrations here are a serious tradition. A party bus arrival to the reception hall turns the entrance into the moment the celebration is remembered for. Our 15- to 50-passenger party buses are available in white, black, and silver to match your color scheme, and the cabin's LED lighting and sound system can be set to any playlist your group chooses before the first passenger boards.
Popular celebration venues around Aurora include Villa Parker and reception halls along the Havana Street and Iliff Avenue corridors. For adult milestone birthdays, an evening that runs from dinner at Aurora's Buckingham Square restaurant row to nightlife in RiNo or downtown Denver stays seamless when one party bus handles every stop. Call 303-214-4282 to plan your Aurora birthday or quinceañera transportation.

Aurora Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Aurora and the broader Denver metro sit within reach of some of the most sought-after concert venues in the country. Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) draws sell-out crowds every summer, and the two-lane approach road up the mountain turns into a crawl well before doors — arriving early is not a suggestion, it is a requirement. Ball Arena (1000 Chopper Cir, Denver, CO 80204) and Empower Field at Mile High (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204) anchor the downtown venue circuit, with Speer Boulevard and I-25 backing up on show nights.
An Aurora concert bus rental loads your crew at one address, drops everyone near the venue entrance, and handles all the post-show pickup while your group focuses on the encore. For Red Rocks, the Top Circle Lot is the standard charter bus waiting area — no scrambling down the dark switchback road after the show. Book your concert bus rental in Aurora with Party Bus Aurora and call 303-214-4282 for a quote.

Aurora Corporate Event Transportation
Aurora hosts one of the Front Range's most significant convention properties: the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center (6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019), a 1.5-million-square-foot property less than three miles from DEN. Getting conference attendees between the airport, the resort, and downtown Denver venues is a multi-day logistics challenge — especially during large citywide events like the Great American Beer Festival or major trade shows that spike hotel demand across the metro.
We also coordinate regular shuttle loops between Aurora's corporate campuses and downtown Denver, serving employers on the Anschutz Medical Campus, in the Tower Road corridor near DEN, and throughout the Iliff Avenue and Parker Road commercial districts. Minibuses with WiFi and power outlets keep teams productive on the commute; full-size charter buses move entire department groups to off-site retreats or team events at the Colorado Convention Center (700 14th St, Denver, CO 80202). Call 303-214-4282 to discuss contract shuttle rates and one-time corporate event quotes.

Aurora Private Event Transportation Services
Aurora's event calendar brings real transportation stress to the metro. When the Aurora Reservoir hosts races and triathlons each summer, E-470 southbound backs up early and parking at the reservoir entrance fills by mid-morning. The Aurora Sports Park (19300 E Mansfield Ave, Aurora, CO 80013) hosts large youth tournament weekends with hundreds of cars funneling through a single residential corridor.
And when the Colorado Dragon Boat Festival hits Sloan's Lake Park in Denver each July, the entire western arc of Aurora-to-Denver surface roads slows to a crawl.
A private charter bus or minibus rental in Aurora handles family reunions, church retreats, and multi-venue celebration days with one flat rate and one point of contact. Instead of splitting a 30-person group across six cars and three parking apps, everyone loads at one address and arrives together. Call 303-214-4282 to build a custom transportation plan for your Aurora private event.

Aurora Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season (late April through May) is the single busiest window for party bus rentals in the Aurora metro. Aurora alone is home to more than a dozen high schools — including Overland High School, Grandview High School, Eaglecrest High School, and Rangeview High School — and their proms land within a tight six-week window. Demand across the Denver metro spikes hard, and buses that are available at $185–$300/hour in December are the same buses that price at $337–$490+/hour in April or simply disappear from availability entirely.
A typical Aurora prom rental — school pickup, a photo stop at Cherry Creek Reservoir, venue drop-off, and a late-night return — costs $1,800–$2,200 all-inclusive when booked in the fall. Wait until March and the same itinerary runs $2,800–$3,500+. For prom: book by December or expect premium pricing or no availability.
Call 303-214-4282 to lock in your Aurora prom party bus before the season books out.

Aurora School Event & Field Trip Transportation
Aurora Public Schools and Cherry Creek School District together serve tens of thousands of students across the metro's eastern corridor, and field trip coordination is a genuine logistical challenge for teachers and administrators. Popular destinations — Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum (7711 E Academy Blvd, Aurora, CO 80230), the Denver Museum of Nature & Science (2001 Colorado Blvd, Denver, CO 80205), and Elitch Gardens (2000 Elitch Cir, Denver, CO 80204) — each have specific bus unloading zones, group entrance procedures, and parking rules that experienced group coordinators know and first-timers often do not.
Charter buses in our network come with climate control, TV monitors, overhead storage, and — on select vehicles — onboard restrooms that cut out the highway rest-stop stop entirely. ADA-accessible vehicles are always available with advance notice. We work with parent committees and school administrators across Aurora to confirm pickup sequences, loading zones, and return timing so your educational day runs on schedule.
Call 303-214-4282 to book your Aurora school field trip bus.

Aurora Sporting Event Transportation
Aurora fan groups heading to Broncos games at Empower Field at Mile High (1701 Bryant St, Denver, CO 80204) know the drill: I-225 northbound backs up before the Colfax interchange, I-25 at the "Mousetrap" grinds to a stop, and the closest walkable parking fills by the time most groups are leaving Aurora. The stadium's rideshare pickup — Lot 44 at Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex on NW 199th Street — is a 25-minute walk from the gates after an exhausting game.
A party bus or charter bus rental in Aurora loads your crew at your Aurora address, drops them near the NW corner of the stadium for direct gate access, and the bus waits nearby for the post-game pickup. No parking pass lottery, no walk back to a remote lot, no Uber surge. For Colorado Rockies games at Coors Field (2001 Blake St, Denver, CO 80205) or Colorado Avalanche and Nuggets games at Ball Arena, the same logic applies — and for Aurora groups, the 10- to 20-mile drive through downtown Denver traffic makes a private bus the clear answer.
Call 303-214-4282 for game-day bus rental pricing.

Aurora Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
Aurora and the surrounding eastern suburbs offer a wide range of wedding venues — from the indoor elegance of properties along the Parker Road corridor to outdoor ceremony spaces near Cherry Creek State Park and the reservoir. Getting guests between a ceremony in Centennial, a reception in Aurora, and hotel blocks in the tech center or near DEN means navigating I-225, Parker Road, and E-470 on what is often a Saturday evening with heavy traffic.
A wedding shuttle service in Aurora takes the coordination off your plate. Rather than asking out-of-town guests to navigate an unfamiliar suburban grid in formalwear, a Party Bus Aurora wedding minibus or charter bus runs a timed loop between the hotel block, ceremony, and reception — clear pickup windows, staged departures, and one point of contact from the first quote to the final drop-off. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the bridal party on the wedding day itself.
Call 303-214-4282 for a free Aurora wedding transportation quote.

Aurora Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
Aurora and the broader Denver metro have developed a genuine craft brewery and winery scene worth exploring. Ursula Brewery (2101 7th St, Denver, CO 80211) and Black Sky Brewery (490 S Santa Fe Dr, Denver, CO 80223) are two of the metro's most talked-about taprooms, and the growing cluster of breweries along the I-70 corridor east of Aurora — including operations in the Brighton and Commerce City corridor — makes a full-day brewery loop genuinely viable. Closer to home, Stanley Marketplace (2501 Dallas St, Aurora, CO 80010) anchors an afternoon that mixes craft drinks, food, and Aurora's local creative culture.
An Aurora party bus rental keeps your tasting group together at every stop — no rotating who sits out the next pour to drive, no splitting into multiple cars between venues. The bus handles parking, navigation, and the route while your group moves from pint to pint. Call 303-214-4282 for a free winery tour or pub crawl quote in Aurora.

Frequently Asked Questions About our Aurora Bus Rentals
How much does a party bus cost in Aurora, Colorado?
Aurora party bus and charter bus rental prices vary by vehicle size, date, and how long you need the bus. Our current rates: 14-passenger Sprinter limos run $170–$344/hour; small party buses (15–20 passengers) run $204–$378/hour; mid-size party buses (20–30 passengers) run $244–$414/hour; large party buses and minibuses (35–50 passengers) run $294–$490/hour; and full-size charter buses run $150–$300/hour or $1,200–$2,500/day. The fastest way to get an accurate number for your specific date and group is to call 303-214-4282 — we provide all-inclusive pricing with no hidden costs.
How far is Aurora from Denver International Airport?
Aurora is roughly 15–20 miles from DEN depending on your pickup point, with most routes running east on I-70 or north on E-470 to Peña Boulevard. In normal traffic, that is a 20- to 30-minute drive. During morning peak hours or when weather backs up the Peña Boulevard corridor, it can stretch to 45 minutes or more.
A private airport shuttle bus from Aurora picks up your whole group at one address, monitors your flight, and drops everyone curbside at the correct terminal — no caravan of cars, no long-term parking costs, and no coordination scramble when flights arrive at different times.
Can a charter bus take my group from Aurora to Red Rocks Amphitheatre?
Yes — and it is one of the most popular runs we handle. Red Rocks is about 35 miles west of central Aurora via I-225 southbound to C-470 to US-285. On a concert night, that drive takes 45 minutes to well over an hour depending on when you leave.
Red Rocks' Top Circle Lot is the standard spot for charter buses on event nights — your group loads near the lot entrance and exits from the same point after the show, skipping the long walk down the mountain that rideshare users face. Book your Red Rocks concert bus rental as early as your tickets are confirmed; summer weekends sell out quickly across the metro.
What is the best vehicle for an Aurora corporate shuttle route?
For daily employee shuttle loops between Aurora's residential neighborhoods, the Anschutz Medical Campus, and the Denver Tech Center, a 15- to 35-passenger minibus is the most practical fit — enough capacity for a typical department or shift group, easy to maneuver through corporate campus entrances, and equipped with A/C, reclining seats, and overhead storage. If your organization is moving a larger group to an off-site retreat or a conference at the Gaylord Rockies, a full-size 56-passenger charter bus gives you undercarriage storage for presentation materials, onboard WiFi and power outlets, and an onboard restroom for longer runs. Call 303-214-4282 and we will match you with the right vehicle based on your headcount and route.
Does Party Bus Aurora serve ski resort runs to Breckenridge or Vail?
Yes. Aurora sits at the eastern base of the I-70 mountain corridor, which is the same highway that runs west to every major Colorado ski resort — Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail, Beaver Creek, and Winter Park are all within a 1.5- to 2.5-hour drive when I-70 is moving. When a snowstorm hits Eisenhower Tunnel or Vail Pass and that same drive stretches to four or five hours, your group is far better off in a reclining seat with climate control than white-knuckling a rental car in chains.
Full-size charter buses provide undercarriage storage for skis, boots, and gear bags, and our reservation team can build a two-day or multi-day itinerary that includes return pickup. Call 303-214-4282 for a ski resort charter bus quote from Aurora.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least three to six months in advance to secure the best price and vehicle selection. Early booking is especially critical during prom season (April–May), summer concert weekends at Red Rocks (June–September), Broncos home games (September–January), and the holiday party window (November–December). For prom specifically, book by December — Aurora-area high schools fill the metro's available buses within a six-week window and last-minute bookings either hit premium pricing or find nothing available.
For most off-peak dates, two to four weeks of lead time is workable, but the earlier you call, the better your options. Call 303-214-4282 right now to lock in your date.
Popular Aurora Party Bus Destinations
Aurora is surrounded by some of the Denver metro's most popular group destinations — from sports venues and music amphitheaters to aviation museums and reservoir recreation areas. Here is a look at the spots we send groups to most often, with the logistics that matter before you go.

Denver International Airport (DEN)
Denver International Airport (8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249) is the fifth-busiest airport in the United States, handling more than 77 million passengers annually across six concourses in a single Jeppesen Terminal. For Aurora groups, DEN is the gateway to the entire region — it is the closest major airport and the origin point for virtually every out-of-state trip. Commercial buses use a specific pickup protocol: the full group must be assembled with luggage at Level 5 before the group coordinator calls (303) 342-4076 to summon the bus from the holding lot.
Pickup zones are positioned on the east and west sides of Level 5 near doors 506–516. We recommend reviewing the official DEN charter bus page before your trip.
Address: 8500 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249
Phone: (303) 342-2000

Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center
The Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center (6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019) is Aurora's anchor convention property — a 1.5-million-square-foot complex with 1,501 guest rooms, 485,000 square feet of event space, and an indoor water park, sitting just three miles from DEN on E-470. The resort hosts some of the Front Range's largest corporate conferences, trade shows, and holiday events, and the Tower Road / E-470 corridor outside gets noticeably congested during move-in and move-out periods for major events. Charter buses reach the resort via E-470 to Tower Road northbound, with coach drop-off at the Grand Lodge entrance.
Rates for event shuttle contracts are best locked in 60-plus days out, especially during the resort's November–January peak season.
Address: 6700 N Gaylord Rockies Blvd, Aurora, CO 80019
Phone: (720) 452-6900

Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum
Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum (7711 E Academy Blvd, Aurora, CO 80230) occupies Hangar 1 of the former Lowry Air Force Base — a 183,000-square-foot space housing more than 50 aircraft and spacecraft, including a B-1A Lancer, an SR-71 Blackbird, and an Apollo space capsule. General admission runs $19.95 for adults and $11.95 for children 4–12. The museum is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m.–5 p.m. and Sunday 12–5 p.m.
Bus drop-off uses the main entrance on Academy Boulevard, with overflow parking in adjacent lots along Lowry Boulevard. School groups should book field trips through the museum's education office at least three weeks ahead. The Aurora location is the primary campus; the Exploration of Flight campus in Englewood is a separate facility.
Address: 7711 E Academy Blvd, Aurora, CO 80230
Phone: (303) 360-5360

Red Rocks Amphitheatre
Red Rocks Amphitheatre (18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465) is Colorado's most iconic outdoor venue — a 9,500-seat natural amphitheater carved into 300-foot red sandstone formations in Jefferson County, about 35 miles west of Aurora. The venue hosts roughly 150 events per year from May through October, and sell-out shows are the norm for major artists. On event nights, parking lots open two hours before doors, and the Top Circle Lot (Entrances 1–2) is the spot for standard charter buses.
Arrive at least three hours early for evening shows to secure your spot and avoid the Alameda Parkway backup. We highly recommend checking the Red Rocks parking and directions page before any event.
Address: 18300 W Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465
Phone: (720) 865-2494

Stanley Marketplace
Stanley Marketplace (2501 Dallas St, Aurora, CO 80010) is Aurora's premier food hall and community gathering space — 50-plus independently owned businesses, including restaurants, breweries, fitness studios, and specialty retail, housed in a former Stanley Aviation manufacturing facility. The complex runs roughly 100,000 square feet across a single open-plan building, with food anchors including Annette Restaurant, Ohana Hawaii BBQ, and Basta. Weekend foot traffic is consistently heavy, and the on-site surface lots along Dallas Street fill by mid-afternoon on Saturdays and Sundays.
Bus drop-off uses the main Dallas Street entrance, with the bus waiting on Dallas Street or in the adjacent east lot. Events and private buyouts are available; check the Stanley Marketplace events calendar for current programming.
Address: 2501 Dallas St, Aurora, CO 80010
Phone: (720) 990-6743

Aurora Reservoir
Aurora Reservoir (5800 S Powhaton Rd, Aurora, CO 80016) is a 820-acre recreation destination managed by Aurora Water — featuring an 8.5-mile perimeter trail, swim beach, scuba diving, boat rentals, and fishing, with a day-use area open year-round. Summer weekends draw large crowds to the swim beach and trail, and the Powhaton Road approach from E-470 backs up significantly during triathlon and open-water swim event mornings — with parking in the main lot running $11 per vehicle. For recreation groups, one charter bus or minibus replaces a dozen individual parking passes and gets everyone through the entrance together.
Reservations for large groups or private events are handled through Aurora Parks, Recreation & Open Space at (303) 739-7160.
